Packing List Pins
I’m sure you can see why most of these Pins are performing well on Pinterest. Here are 3 elements that I believe play a big role in their ultimate success:
1. They use relevant keywords as: travel packing, packing essentials, carry on, packing list, what to wear in x, checklist, travel gear, etc.
2. They show the products, so it’s clear the pin is about travel clothing/items/packing.
3. They mention travel styles, locations and weather conditions relevant to packing: minimalist packing, carry-on, weekend getaway, africa/morocco/disney travel, summer travel, family safari, sub-arctic, 7 days, female travel, sleeping, etc.
BONUS TIP: One pin even shows that the packing list is downloadable, which encourages people to click!
Next week, we’ll feature a new set of top-performing pins from our Mappin Monday community, so stay tuned!
